 Bookings

Please ensure that all guests at your party, event or booking are aware of our door policy. Please refer your guests to the dress code on the venue’s website. Our venues operate ‘Challenge 25’, meaning that anyone in your group lucky enough to look under 25 years of age may be required to provide valid proof-of-age in the form of a passport, driving licence or ID card. Failure to provide this may result in refusal of entry or drinks service. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated/abusive or for any other reason it sees fit.

Tables and areas will be held for no more than 30 minutes after your booking time, so please arrive promptly. For ticketed events, please ensure that your whole group arrives at the same time and enters together. All bookings are provisional, until confirmed via e-mail, either via the booking system or sent by a team member. Some bookings may require a deposit or prepayment – you will be made aware of this at the time of booking. Deposits, ticket sales and prepayments are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances, our managers will always use their discretion. All drinks products and packages are subject to availability. Alternative products of equivalent value may be provided for preorders, where the management deems it necessary. For large drinks preorders, proof of payment and photo ID may be required on arrival. Drinks packages are not available with any other offer or promotion. Management reserves the right to refuse custom and to withdraw/change offers/promotions (without notice), at any time.
